Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

5 sweet potatoes, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Boil sweet potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and mash.
  3. Place mashed sweet potatoes in large bowl, and mix in the butter, brown sugar, milk, and cinnamon. Spread evenly into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with miniature marshmallows.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until heated through, and marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
