Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients for seasoning

  1. Season Salt
  2. Black Pepper
  3. Garlic Powder
  4. Onion Powder
  5. Smoked Paprika or regular Paprika
  6. Liquid Smoke (optional if you don’t use smoked Paprika)


Light coals and allow the blaze to burn until all of them are gray with a hint of fire red for continued cooking. Open the Bar B Que Grill vent slightly so the air will constantly fuel the fire. To cook chicken thighs place skin side on a medium heat Grill for approximately 20 minutes then turn the chicken thighs over bottom side down and continue cooking for another 20 minutes remove and then plate.
